Design LLM-driven systems with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases focused on retrieval quality and latency.

Lead Finance & Accounts for an infrastructure-scale renewable energy company — debt closure, working capital, and automated reporting.
Build the finance function from the ground up, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO.
Experience: 4–6 years
Own end-to-end engineering for ground-mounted solar projects — plant layout, yield optimisation, DC/AC electrical design, and power evacuation.
Convert topography, geotechnical, solar resource, and grid data into buildable, bankable, cost-optimised designs from feasibility through commissioning.
Own end-to-end sourcing for solar projects — enquiry floating, offer evaluation, negotiation, PO release, expediting, and delivery closure.
Procure modules, inverters, module mounting structures, cables, transformers, switchgear, and BOS items at the right cost, quality, and time.
Experience: 2+ years
Own the full hiring cycle — sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across engineering, product, and business roles.
Be the operational backbone of our India office: roughly half talent acquisition, half people operations and office management.
