What we're looking for
Own the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across engineering, product, and business roles.
Post and manage job listings across relevant platforms and manage inbound applications.
Conduct initial screening conversations to assess fit before passing candidates to hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate all interview rounds, including across US–India time zones where required.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates — keeping them informed, engaged, and treated professionally throughout the process.
Manage offer coordination, documentation, and smooth onboarding of new hires.
Maintain and monitor daily attendance records and flag discrepancies.
Act as the first point of contact for current employees on day-to-day needs, requests, and workplace queries.
Maintain accurate, organised employee records and documentation, and support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
Help maintain a positive, well-functioning workplace and escalate people issues to leadership when needed.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and supervise the office support staff, assigning tasks and ensuring facilities are maintained.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic administrative logistics.
Applicant requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a combined people-ops / office-management role.
Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail — you don't let things slip.
Excellent verbal and written communication; you can talk to candidates, employees, and vendors with equal ease.
Comfortable owning multiple workstreams at once and following through without being chased.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential people and payroll-adjacent information.
Nice to have: experience hiring for technical / engineering roles, familiarity with applicant tracking tools and HR / attendance software, and comfort working with a team that operates on a US-facing schedule.
