Who we are

At Ellume, we are pioneering the future of clean power. We operate across three verticals—Renewable Energy, Independent Power Production (IPP), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), and Technology—committed to driving innovation across the renewable sector.

Our Technology vertical builds software-driven solutions that help operators maximise the efficiency and compliance of their renewable assets, including Ellume360 (a unified OS for Solar, Wind, and BESS), Ellume VECTOR (physics-aware AI for predictive yield), and Ellume BRIDGE (an automated NERC GADS compliance engine).

We are always looking for talented, motivated people eager to contribute, grow, and make a lasting impact. If you are ready to be part of a forward-thinking team building the future of renewable energy infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

What we're looking for

Prepare and manage CMA data and Project Reports for bank financing of infrastructure projects.

Drive the debt closure process for new and ongoing renewable energy projects.

Monitor Debt Service Coverage Ratios (DSCR) and ensure 100% compliance with bank covenants.

Maintain a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast to eliminate liquidity gaps.

Optimise the working capital cycle by managing Accounts Receivable (Collections) and Accounts Payable (Vendors).

Manage banking relationships and credit limits (LC / BG / CC).

Lead the transition and optimisation of our Accounting Software / ERP.

Implement SOPs for site-level expenses, procurement approvals, and payroll.

Close books monthly by the 3rd of every month with 100% accuracy.

Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and Statutory Audits ahead of every deadline.

Applicant requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

0–2 years post-qualification corporate experience; mid-to-large firm internship experience is a plus.

Advanced Excel (financial modeling) and familiarity with ERPs such as Tally, Zoho, or SAP.

Strong understanding of project finance, infrastructure debt, and working capital management.

Builder mindset — prefers creating a system once over doing a manual task ten times.

Assertive and outcomes-driven; comfortable chasing vendors, lenders, and stakeholders for results.
