What we're looking for
Build and maintain the master KPI dashboard across all commercial lines, updated weekly for leadership reviews.
Prepare the bi-weekly sprint review deck covering deal velocity, pipeline health, and variance analysis.
Calculate and report monthly variance against targets and trigger escalations per governance rules.
Track C&I deal-level gross margins and flag below-threshold projects to leadership.
Maintain CRM data across all business lines — data accuracy, stage definitions, and activity logging.
Prepare multi-currency ARR reports for the LATAM business, including quarterly FX true-ups.
Build and maintain the IPP pipeline stage-gate tracker — aggregate MW by stage and calculate coverage ratios.
Generate ad-hoc analysis — deal comparisons, scenario modelling, and P&L sensitivity.
Maintain the team's action log, tracking commitments from weekly reviews and escalating overdue items.
Applicant requirements
1–3 years of experience in commercial analytics, MIS, financial reporting, or business operations.
Advanced MS Excel skills — pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, and macros (VBA is a plus).
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Strong understanding of variance analysis, P&L structures, and margin calculations.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot) — data extraction, reporting, and hygiene audits.
Excellent presentation skills — clear, concise review decks for senior leadership.
High attention to detail and zero tolerance for data errors in published reports.
B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Nice to have: experience in solar, renewable energy, or SaaS; SQL for custom reporting; basic Python for data automation; FX conversion and multi-currency reporting; supporting a multi-line or multi-geography business team.
