What we're looking for
Lead and manage the technical support lifecycle for Ellume360, Ellume VECTOR, and Ellume BRIDGE, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Serve as the highest tier of escalation for complex technical issues across system integrations, AI diagnostic outputs, and NERC compliance reporting.
Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides for enterprise clients.
Monitor system performance and customer usage metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.
Act as the feedback loop between end-users and engineering, translating tech support insights into actionable product requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to enhance VECTOR's predictive analytics and BRIDGE's compliance rule engines.
Help define the product roadmap for Ellume360 — prioritising features that improve real-time analytics and centralised monitoring for Solar, Wind, and BESS assets.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and product updates prior to deployment.
Applicant requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
5+ years of hybrid experience across Technical Support, Product Management, or Sales Engineering — preferably in B2B SaaS, EnergyTech, or Renewable Energy.
Strong understanding of renewable energy systems (Solar, Wind, BESS).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, enterprise software architecture, API integrations, and SCADA.
Understanding of grid compliance standards (NERC / GADS) is a strong plus.
Exceptional problem-solving, cross-functional communication, and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
