What we're looking for
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and long-term objectives.
Manage contract drafting, finalization, and compliance.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee capital allocation and investment evaluation for renewable energy projects.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
Drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives.
Prepare board presentations, investor decks, and financial reports.
Lead due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Applicant requirements
CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic finance or corporate finance.
Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector is highly preferred.
Proven track record in fundraising, debt structuring, and investor relations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
