What we're looking for

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our solar software solutions.

Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management.

Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Applicant requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Familiarity with the renewable energy or technology sector is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel to client locations and industry events.
